The ELCAP Management System™ is a web-accessible lung screening management system that records comprehensive data for participants. The system manages all aspects of the screening process, including scheduling, data entry, reporting, and follow-up. This system was developed specifically for lung screening and has in use since 2000 by I-ELCAP sites worldwide and has undergone continuous refinement based on feedback from coordinators and clinicians to maximize efficiency.

The main features of the management system can be divided into the following areas: management of the screening process, data collection, reporting, and quality assurance.
